Vivid was started by a corporate controller and CFO, not by an agency looking for billable hours. Twenty years of closing books, running plants, and waiting on reports that arrived too late to act on.

That is the difference you will notice in week one. We do not need a discovery phase to learn what a WIP schedule is, why your food cost looks wrong, or what happens when two people can ring the same topping at different prices.
