How consent is obtained for the text messages we send, and how to stop them.
Vivid Software LLC builds business applications that employers license for their own staff. We send text messages to those employees for exactly two reasons:
These are transactional messages. We never send marketing, promotions or advertising by text, and we do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers with anyone.
The employee provides their mobile number to their employer, verbally or in writing, for work communications. An authorized administrator at that employer then enters the number into their Vivid Software account when adding the person to their team.
Vivid Software does not collect mobile numbers from the public and has no consumer signup. Every business that uses our software agrees, as a condition of use, that it has obtained the employee's consent before entering a mobile number, and that the number is the employee's own.
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop immediately. Reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@vsbie.com. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency is low — most people receive one message when their account is created and nothing further unless they reset a PIN.
If you administer a Vivid Software account, you are responsible for having your employee's consent before entering their mobile number, and for entering a number that belongs to that employee. If an employee asks you to stop, remove their number from your account.
