Vivid Software LLC builds business applications that employers license for their own operations. Our customer is the business. The people who use the software day to day are that business's staff. This policy explains what we hold and why.
We do not collect location, contacts, photos or browsing activity. We do not use tracking advertising and we run no advertising network.
Only to operate the service the employer is paying for: authenticating users, sending account setup and PIN reset messages, producing the reports the business asked for, and keeping the system available and secure.
We do not sell personal information. We do not rent or share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use business data to train models for anyone else.
We send text messages for account setup and PIN resets only. Never marketing. Full details, including how consent is obtained and how to stop, are on our Messaging Policy and Consent page. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance.
Only the service providers required to run the product — hosting, database, text-message delivery and error monitoring. Each one is bound to use the data solely to provide their service to us. We also disclose information when the law requires it.
Business records stay for as long as the employer's account is active and for a reasonable period afterward so they can retrieve their own data. When an employer closes their account, we delete or anonymise their data on request.
If you are an employee of a business using our software, your employer controls your account. Ask your administrator to correct or remove your details, or contact us and we will route the request. To stop text messages, reply STOP. You may ask us what we hold about you and ask for it to be deleted, subject to the employer's own record-keeping obligations.
Our software is for workplace use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted by role, and each business's data is isolated from every other business at the database level.
